Guided Meditation

Settle into stillness and reconnect with your true nature. These guided meditation sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, inner listening, and deep restoration. Each class offers a gentle container for grounding breathwork, visualization, body awareness, and intention setting.

Whether you're new to meditation or returning to the practice, you'll be guided step by step with care. Themes may draw from yogic philosophy, earth-based wisdom, and seasonal rhythms—creating space to meet yourself with compassion and clarity.

All are welcome. No prior experience needed.

Pranayama (Breathwork Practice)

Pranayama is the art and discipline of working with the breath to calm the mind, nourish the body, and expand vital energy (prāṇa). In this class, you’ll be gently guided through traditional breathing techniques that support clarity, resilience, and inner stillness.

We begin with simple breath awareness and gradually explore foundational practices such as nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), ujjayi, kumbhaka (breath retention), and more—always with an emphasis on safety, grounding, and self-awareness.

This class is open to all levels. No prior experience with pranayama is required—just a willingness to breathe, notice, and receive.

Yoga Nidra & Ñusta Healing Circle

This is a deeply restorative offering that weaves the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra with the sacred energies of the Ñustas—Andean feminine nature spirits and wisdom keepers of the mountains, waters, and stars.

We begin with guided breathwork and gentle grounding, then move into Yoga Nidra, a meditative journey through deep relaxation where the body sleeps and awareness awakens. In this liminal space, the nervous system is nourished, subconscious patterns begin to unwind, and intention (sankalpa) can take root.

Layered into this restful state, you’ll be gently guided into energetic connection with the Ñustas—calling in their healing, clarity, and support through visualization, energetic transmissions, and ancestral remembrance. Each circle is held with reverence and love, inviting you into a space of heartful restoration and inner alignment.

Open to all—no experience needed. Come as you are, ready to receive.
