Yoga Punx PDX believes that by supporting our community, creating brave spaces, the collective can heal. We commit to improving life quality by offering the healing practices of yoga, meditation, sound healing, sharing cultural and indigenous practices. Our work is to dismantle oppressive systems through anti-racism and with a harm reduction, trauma-informed lens. All of our offerings are on a sliding scale. This sliding scale pricing is intended to work towards economic justice and allow for access for all to join our offerings. It is one of the ways we work to decolonize our offerings and challenge the current structure of the ‘Wellness” and “Yoga” industrial complex. SELECT THE AMOUNT THAT FITS WITH YOUR LEVEL OF RESOURCE. We firmly believe that all should have access, not just those with means..
