Have you been wanting to learn about our Mysuru (MYSORE) Ashtanga Program?
Are you new to Yoga and would like to instruction and guidance to build a foundation for your practice?
Join this 8 Class series guided by Sandee Lawless. Each week she will break down the beginning postures of the Primary Series, and prepare you to begin practice within the Ashtanga Method-Mysore Style. This class is appropriate for all levels and all bodies and abilities. Use of props, chairs and various approaches to each posture are used, so you can safely practice and find ease in your breath. This is a non-competitive and highly supportive approach.
Here is the schedule:
Week 1: Intro to the method, breath, seals, focal pointing and Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara).
Week 2: First of the Standing Postures, and some Closing Postures
Week 3: Building on what we learned —more standing, some seated, closing.
Week 4: Putting it all together, Mysore class and a Q and A Conference/Session

These are sold as a package, as we build each week upon our learnings from the previous week.
