Join teacher Joanna Darlington for a unique look into the world of ashtanga and all its limbs including the asanas (postures), their transitions, and the breath that makes up the primary series. This workshop is appropriate for ALL LEVELS. BEGINNERS WELCOME.

Join visiting teacher Katie Kanak in her workshop Meditation on Sushumna In Seated Postures In this class we will practice meditation on the breath, pelvic positioning, and spinal alignment in all seated postures by using props and the wall.

This is appropriate for all level of practitioner ….those currently practicing or wanting to start a connected and dynamic meditation practice.


$15 for Monthly Members and TRINI Passholders

Meditation on Ujjayi Breathing and Opposing Forces with Katie Kanak

Join visiting teacher Katie for her workshop t0 develop skill in Ujjayi breathing, the location of its path within the body, and how it is directed using bandhas(locks/seals). Props and the wall, seated and reclined postures will be introduced to gain more awareness of apana(downward) and prana(upward) vayu(wind/air) patterns.

This workshop is accessible for all people, and is great for those looking for better connection in their Asana practice or want to begin a different, and connected meditation practice.

$15 for Monthly Members and Trini Passholders

$20 for all others.
