Join visiting teacher Katie for her workshop t0 develop skill in Ujjayi breathing, the location of its path within the body, and how it is directed using bandhas(locks/seals). Props and the wall, seated and reclined postures will be introduced to gain more awareness of apana(downward) and prana(upward) vayu(wind/air) patterns.
This workshop is accessible for all people, and is great for those looking for better connection in their Asana practice or want to begin a different, and connected meditation practice.
